1. Shipping Coverage

Skyline Atta Chakki currently provides shipping services across selected locations in India. Delivery availability depends on the customer’s pin code, courier partner reach, and serviceable zones at the time of order placement. We reserve the right to add or remove serviceable locations without prior notice. Orders placed outside our serviceable area may be canceled with a full refund as per our refund policy.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

All confirmed orders placed on the Skyline Atta Chakki website are processed within 1 to 3 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Once the order is processed and dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details through their registered contact information, wherever applicable. Processing time may be extended during peak seasons, promotional sales, or due to unforeseen operational delays.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once an order has been successfully dispatched, the estimated delivery time generally ranges between 3 to 7 working days, depending on the customer’s location, courier partner, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery timelines provided on the website are only estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier delays, strikes, or logistical issues. Skyline Atta Chakki will not be held responsible for delays caused by such external factors.

In case of any unusual delay in delivery, customers may contact our support team with their order details for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with the courier partner and update you on the delivery status.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before the customer completes the payment. The final shipping cost may vary based on the delivery location, product weight, dimensions, and applicable courier charges.

Skyline Atta Chakki reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. Any change in shipping cost will be applicable only to new orders placed after such updates.

In certain cases, Skyline Atta Chakki may offer free shipping on selected products, order values, or promotional campaigns. Such offers will be valid only for the specified duration and under the stated terms and conditions.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and other required details are accurate and reachable at the time of delivery.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, re-shipping may attract additional shipping charges, or the order may be canceled with a deduction of applicable delivery and return shipping costs.

6. Damaged in Transit

Skyline Atta Chakki takes every precaution to ensure that all products are safely packed before dispatch. However, if a product is received in a physically damaged condition due to transit, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or a video of the damaged item along with the packaging.

Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. Any damage complaint reported after the specified time period may not be accepted, and Skyline Atta Chakki will not be responsible for such delayed claims.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Skyline Atta Chakki shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the website, products, or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, business interruption, or system failure. All products are provided on an “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, except as required under applicable law.

All disputes shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal matter arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
