1. Eligibility for Returns
Skyline Atta Chakki accepts return requests only in cases where the product received is physically damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must inform us about the issue within 7 Working Days of Delivery by providing clear images or a video as proof of damage. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and the original invoice intact. Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper handling, electrical issues, incorrect installation, wear and tear, or customer misuse. Any return request that does not meet these conditions will be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products are not eligible for return or refund if they show signs of use, wear and tear, physical damage caused after delivery, incorrect installation, electrical fluctuation, improper handling, or negligence by the customer. Items returned without original packaging, missing parts, accessories, warranty cards, or invoice will also not be accepted. Products purchased under special discounts, promotional offers, or clearance sales are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive in a damaged or defective condition.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact Skyline Atta Chakki customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product and share complete order details along with clear images or a video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. After verification, our team will inform you whether the return request is approved or rejected. If approved, a pickup will be scheduled from your delivery location. The returned product will be inspected after it reaches our facility, and further action will be taken based on the inspection outcome.
4. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received at our facility and successfully passes the quality inspection, your refund request will be approved. After approval, the refund will be initiated within 7 Working Days. The refund will be credited back to the same payment method used during the purchase.
Any shipping charges, handling fees, or delivery charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable, unless the return is approved due to a mistake from our side such as a wrong, defective, or damaged product being delivered.
5. Exchange Policy
Skyline Atta Chakki offers product exchange only in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with proper proof such as images or a video of the issue.
All exchange requests are subject to stock availability. Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched. If the replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.
Products that show signs of use, wear and tear, physical damage due to customer handling, improper installation, or electrical issues are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of their order only before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and will be credited back to your original online payment method. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
